Strict hygiene protocols- At the Daga label, we are adhering to strict protocols for hygiene led by the government. We believe it is our responsibility to take preventive measures to avoid any problem further. It is mandatory for all the employees from start to end of routes to wear masks and gloves to prevent any infection. Our employees and delivery partners are well trained and have got into a habit to wash their hands with soap and water or use an alcohol-based sanitizer at regular intervals. Sanitizers are placed at multiple locations for easy access for anyone.
Daily Sanitization –To keep our commitment to a safe, stress-free buying experience for consumers, and a secure working environment for our employees, our warehouses are meticulously cleaned and sanitized at regular intervals as per the strict guidelines laid down by the Aditya Birla Group. All the workstations are cleaned with disinfectants on a timely basis.
Health parameter checkpoint- Prevention is better than cure and having said so, all our employees, partners, and associates are screened just at the entry. Daga label has mandated that if any employee is found with symptoms and signs of fever, cold, cough, or sore throat needs to go back and get the necessary medical investigation and treatment. They are supposed to return to work only once they have received the fitness certification from a qualified doctor.
Social Distancing- Keeping social distance is the only mantra to be safe at this time. We are following the social distancing by calling minimum staff to the office, avoiding meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Moreover, workstations are separated as per the international guidelines for the maintenance of space.

HOW LONG THE DELIVERY OF THE ORDER WILL TAKE TO REACH MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Our whole efforts are to deliver your order within 10 to 15 business days (excludes public holidays & Sundays). However, considering special offers and sales periods this may get an increase for some more time. The best part is the delivery of orders are completely free.
DOES DAGA LABEL SHIP TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS OR ADDRESSES?
Currently, we are in a position to deliver to a single address per order. However, if the customer desires to send purchases or orders to multiple addresses, in that case, we recommend that the buyer place a separate order for each destination.
CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
